One call to Prestige Power will mobilise an engineer to attend site and provide you with an action plan to make the equipment safe and restore your supplies safely. This could be in the form of operational switching, starting of site generation or delivery and connection of standby sets.
Once your site is safe and functional, our team of engineers can locate the fault and carry out repairs or replacements as necessary.
As one of our contracted standby customers, you will also have access to our stored emergency equipment, mobilisation of standby generators and fuel tanks, 4-hour response time and preferential call out rates.
Prestige Power can then investigate the cause of the fault and provide a detailed report on the findings and recommendations for the future.
